Combines Are Dead
Traditional, plantation-style combines make athletes feel like they’re standing on an auction block stripped down, lined up, and picked apart. Not in the Major League of Football. Our tryouts are built with dignity, purpose, and respect. We evaluate athletes like professionals, not products giving you the platform to compete, be seen, and rise, without being dehumanized in the process.
SHOWCASE TRYOUT SET UP
Remember the days of old? Finding out who your speed guys were was as simple as lining it up and saying go. That's how the MLF does it. We take that model, polish it up real nice-like, everyone line it up, and go! We race, 60 yards! Reps and sets will be filmed and marked on a camera timer. 5-10-5 drill, same thing, line it up and its on the go!. Every rep will be filmed and evaluated by the MLF scouting staff immediately following the showcase tryout.
Open but limited; Its an open tryout but we are limiting it to a relatively small group compared to most tryouts and combines. We want players to be able to get a full evaluation, and so here we go!
