The Major League of Football is building a new professional platform for coaches. We are searching for the best underrated coaching minds in Los Angeles and beyond. Coaches will be filmed and followed throughout this process. The league is highlighting the journey of both players and coaches, so this is a chance to build your personal brand and reputation. With the ability to make a $100k minimum from business deals in the off season just like the athletes, you'll be living the life of a pro. The MLF has revolutionized professional coaching forever.

Coaches In- Season Scheduele

​

Each coach will only coach the players 2 days a week during the season and in a game on the weekend. Our practice structures give our coaches a great work-life balance and gives you freedom and flexibility within your current lifestyle, so there is no need to walk away from your current commitments. There is also no mandatory off-season commitments (meetings, events, etc) for Season 1 and 2. All off-season events will be pitched to coaches on a optional pay-per-contract basis.

Compensation (2 year minimum + optional)

• Head Coaches: Up to $20,000 Season 1 (9 weeks) base salary with cense partnership

  • Average hours per week ​10 (including game-day)

• Coordinators: Up $15,000 Season 1 base salary (9 weeks) with cense partnership

  • ​Average hours per week 8 (including game-day)

• Position Coaches: Up to $10,000 (9 weeks) Season 1 base salary with cense partnership

  • ​Average hours per week 6 (including game-day)

• Additional Earnings:

  • Paid appearances for media and community events

  • Opportunities to earn year-round income through MLF business partnerships (with the potential to reach six-figure annual earnings when combined with salary)
