Goals:

The goal is to find coaches who are motivated, know the local football scene, and can bring energy and knowledge to the MLF. These coaches should be ready to work with pro players and understand how to lead a team at a higher level.
Example:
A high school defensive coordinator who wants to coach at the pro level, or a small college coach looking for their first pro coaching opportunity. You could meet them through local games, school connections, or networking events.
