The goal of this task is to secure beachfront lodging for players and premium fan experiences. Players can stay the night before the game, the day of the game, or both, so they have time to rest and prepare. Fans can pay for special packages, like meeting players, behind-the-scenes access, or private events in the house or apartment. Work with Airbnb directly, homeowners, or affiliates to find hotels, apartments, or large beach houses. This works best when the game field is already reserved, so logistics are easy.
Example:
A beachfront house that sleeps 10 could host all the players the night before the game, while a few fans could pay for a “meet the team” experience in the same house. A hotel on the sand could allow fans to watch warmups from their balcony while players rest inside.
Things to Remember:
Guarantee availability for the dates needed.
Co-brand and promote experiences if possible.
Be flexible with player schedules or last-minute changes.
Fans can pay extra for experiences, and we can share in the revenue.
Ensure all lodging meets safety rules.
Most coordination can be done remotely, but occasional on-site visits are helpful.
